An order of the Royal Thai Police chief, in his capacity as the "chief officer in charge of the resolution of the severe state of emergency", by which he orders the blocking of Telegram, the messenger employed by the protestors. The order was undated; but it cited an official correspondence dated 18 October 2020 and was disclosed on the following day; so, the order was probably issued on either 18 or 19 October 2020. |
