The picture on the right was a reenactment of the 1955 photograph taken in 1990 at the National Academy of Sciences in Woods Hole when Miledi was a Forbes Lecturer for a second time in 1990. The 1990 photograph was taken by Steve Zottoli. "excellent science." The tireless efforts of Albert and Ellen to monitor the pulse and flow of neuroscience have led to initiatives in support of the field, especially in helping those in need or just starting out. The greatest achievements of the Foundation's initiatives, such as the Grass Fellowship Pro- gram at the MBL, have resulted from the ability of the Trustees to listen, hear and respond to needs of scientists in a rapidly changing discipline.
