A simple altar of Mardukite Zuism, the Zuist tradition based on the teachings and practices elaborated by the American Zuist esotericist Joshua Free. The altar belongs to the practitioner David Zibert, head of the office of Mardukite Zuism in Canada. On the right is The Complete Book of Marduk, one of the manuals of Mardukite Zuism. On the left is a sheet with a spell, decorated with six graphemes 𒀭 An or dingir ("God" and "deities") and a grapheme 𒍪 zu ("knowledge").
The spell reads:
As above, so below,
On Earth, as it is in Heaven.
What the mind believes,
The spirit reinforces.
When disaster is self-made,
No man can interfere.
What is given in submission,
Is a catalyst for defiance.
Whoever partners with truth,
Creates life.
