A continuación se enumeran los pueblos de la América por haplogrupo de ADN del cromosoma Y humanos basado en estudios pertinentes. Las muestras se toman de individuos identificados con el grupo étnicos y lingüísticos en las primeras dos columnas, la cuarta columna (n) es la medida de muestra estudió, y las otras columnas dan el porcentaje del particular haplogrupos.
