La Copa de la Liga de Inglaterra 1995-96 (Coca-Cola Cup por motivos de patrocinio) fue la edición número 36 de la copa inglesa, en la que participaron 92 equipos.

El campeón fue el Aston Villa, que venció al Leeds United por un marcador de 3 a 0, consiguiendo así su quinto título.
