Name

The correct name is "Werner Voß". I do not know how you handle German umlauts in the Spanish Wikipedia (cf. Franz Josef Strauß) so I do not want to do any changes myself. ¡Muchas gracias! Tim Landscheidt (discusión) 18:43 4 abr 2008 (UTC)

Rechtschreibreform ???

According to the Rechtschreibreform of 1996 isn't the right spelling for "ß" now "ss". I know this spelling reform is not very popular in Germany and there is opposition to it, but has it been overturned?. In any case, given that the spanish keyboard has no "ß" and that vast mayority of spanish speakers would not know how to pronounce this character, I believe it is better to keep the spelling as it is. It will allow spanish speakers to pronounce his name closer to the real german pronunciation.--Count Westwest (discusión) 03:10 5 abr 2008 (UTC)

The Rechtschreibreform has replaced some instances of "ß" (i. e. "daß" became "dass") but not all. More important, it had no effect on people's names.

I do not want to rename the article or change the spelling in the whole text body. But IMHO the correct name should be mentioned (like in Franz Josef Strauss). I am simply neither aware of the conventions of the Spanish Wikipedia how to do that nor do I speak Spanish so I do not want add a "o Werner Voß" myself. La RAF no existía aún en 1917

Se fundó en abril de 1918 con la fusión del RFC y el RNAS. Los escuadrones que derribaron a Voss serían más bien del RFC, ¿no?
