Albert "Bertu" Caballeria[editar]

Catalan football coach, borned in Girona (12/03/1980) a city 100 kilometers away from Barcelona.

UEFA PRO coach by Catalan Football Federation member of Real Federación Española de Fútbol at the age of 28, he was one of the youngest coaches to get the license. Even the short age he has a lot of experience according that he stop to play at very short age as he got a strong injury on his knee (broken ALC). As a player he played in Girona FC youth teams till the reserve team and training with the first team,after that he had played in Llagostera FC as well before to retire because of the injury at the age of 22.

As a coach he started in the Girona FC academy being coach of all categories in the club included the reserve team, called Cassa UE that time on the 3rd Spanish League.Coach of u19 in División de Honor from the RFEF among the teams he had coached. In all the period in Girona FC he was youth academy director as well.

Once he left Girona FC he coached Palamós FC,Sant Feliu de Guíxols FC.... In january 2011 he started the international adventure in Dnipropetrovsk city in Ukraine being youth director in charge of the methodology for the teams, getting a lot of improvement and getting good results with the teams from the academy and a lot of players development to a professional football after the academy.

After the ukranian experience the time was for a Bahrain Football Association being the u19 National Team Coach of the country from the Middle East were the job was about to coach the team, to teach the native coaches and implement a methodology with the other catalan coaches. In June 2014 he becomes Michael Laudrup assistant coach in Lekhwiya SC, actually named Duhail SC, club from Qatar Stars League were they won the league, the Qatar Cup and qualify for the 4rs of the Asian Champions Legue.

In october 2016 Al Rayyan SC was the last adventure for Michael Laudrup an his staff with Albert on it.Two years were the finished 3rd on the league after Duhail SC and Al Sadd SC and playing the Emir Cup final both years unluckly losing it both times. In between the two club experiences in Qatar he was with the u23 qatari national team playing the Asian Cup in January 2016 before the Brasil Olympic game
