Garrincha_(película)

Hola, Hi, Bonjour… Je suis un contributeur québécois (du Canada, francophone), and I contribute a lot to Wikidata. I'm now working on a project to show in many differents languages the same data that comes from Wikidata. Can you put back the page for a week, I'll use it as a demonstration, and I'll try to add enough information so that it's fits the requirement, and if I don't then you can just delete the page again. Is it possible?

Also, I see that I can't put {{Ficha de película}} in a page. It's seams to be blocked. Can you unblock it? Just for a few days at least…

@Gaijin: The thing is that I use a particular template, and it doesn't work in my userspace. I just need one test in the spanish WP. If I could just stay in my userspace, I would do it. Also, I will work every day to improve it, as it's the page I will show to my clients (I only work with neutral data, no opinions here, so no bias). Sorry again, but the mainspace purpose is not testing. Try to create an article from scratch in your workspace, then move it to the mainspace. --Gaijin (discusión) 16:15 11 jul 2019 (UTC)

@Gaijin: I think you don't understand the issue. What I want to test CAN'T be tested in user space. It's not that I don't want to, I just can't. I need to use a wikidata template. If I could do it in my user space, I would not insist one second. There is great potentiel to wikidata templates, as it enables to put stuff on Wikidata, and have it export to many wikis without additional work. I really need your cooperation here. I've tried it before in my user space, here's an example: Usuario:Antoine2711/RDIFQ/Test. Also, I don't just want to test, I want to create a complete real page. Hi @Agabi10:, no problem with english with me! So, I see that you are working on the Template ficha de pelicula. I just sent data for 279 movies on WD, and a few of them are spanish, so I would like to do at least ONE new page for a film and use the pelicula Template. But, for many reason, I can't seem to be able to activate the Template in my user space (I don't think it's possible, is it?). I was able, for a breif moment, to create a new page on the main space, but some zealous admin deleted the page…

Also, I will also want to do the same thing for the Template of movies for the French and the English WP. But that's not why I want to discuss with you. I just want to do ONE page on the spanish WP. Can you give me some advise? Regards, --Antoine2711 (discusión) 21:29 12 jul 2019 (UTC)

The template has full support for arbitrary access through the parameter |entidad=, so if you want to load the data for El padrino (película) (The Godfather) what you have to do is to call the template like {{Ficha de película|entidad=Q47703}} and it will load the data from Wikidata as if it were linked to the d:Q47703 entity. I don't know if that solves all your problems, but at least it should solve the one of not being able to create a draft in main namespace. -- Agabi10 (discusión) 22:38 12 jul 2019 (UTC)

I prefer software developer, but yes, I am. And yes, it was me the one who converted the template to a Lua module two years ago and it barely had changes since then other than adding new parameters. -- Agabi10 (discusión) 00:54 13 jul 2019 (UTC)
