The federal high school for cooperation is an institution that has been providing educational service for 42 years, for the benefit of the youth of Hidalgo, the seedbed of professionals is in this institution, which is under the direction of Ms. Laura Rubi Cruz Andreu, and the Maria del Carmen Barrera Navarrete. Fidel Gomez Becerril (QPD), who was the first director of this institution (1977-1999), a great generation of citizens who knew that freedom is a fundamental pillar not only of a house of estudies of higher middle level, but of the society. The comunity of this intitution has been possible thanks to the collaboration of many people such as its founders, who convinced that education is the only means generating the advances of a society, in march 1977 they legally instituted the “federal preparatory school for cooperation Licensed Benito Juárez” All methodically aimed at developing student´s abilities and insentivating them so that in the application of the theoretical-therapeutic elements they are able to develop activities that generate income and professional development. That allow them to assume in a responsible way the implications to the actions carried out in their academic and daily life. Currently, this institution offers a general baccalaureate and four professionals in:

	Social sciences and humanities.
	Humanities with pedagogical strengthening
	Mathematical physicist
	Biologic quimic 

It has four job trainings:

	Technology of the information and the communication
	Administration
	Interpretation and translation of the English language 
	Child assistance  

As well as training in English and French from first to fourth semester for all groups. Under this institution a federal campus its students enjoy the benefit of federal scholarships, which contribute in support of the family economy of parents. Likewise with highly trained personnel committed to their work, always for the benefit of the students; all graduates in compliance with the requirements, of the comprehensive reform of the upper middle level, working with and educational model focused on competencies, which generate in their students the four basic knowledge:

	Know to do
	Know how to be 
	Know how to live
