Plantilla:ProCyclingStats[editar]

Hello. I'm really interested to work with template of ProCyclingStats. Can you please give me more info. What can I do?. Regards. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 00:12 28 sep 2015 (UTC)[responder]

Hi Douglasfugazi. I recreate Plantilla:ProCyclingStats and hope Banfield will not delete it again without answering me why I create this model. To use it, it is different of things you know. I give you an example, it is easy. Few days ago, I take again in photo Jens Wallays. Today, I see his article has not a link to ProCyclingStats. So I find http://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Jens_Wallays , I select the end of the link Jens_Wallays, I open the Wikidata item Q16645711, I add a new statement : P1663, I can call P1663 or PCS, PCS is faster and easier. I add Jens_Wallays as value and save. Finally, I add * {{ProCyclingStats}} to FR Wikipedia, EN Wikipedia and NL Wikipedia, because templates are the sames. As you can see on Q20742687, the templates works on other Wikipedias (except for Deutschland, where the template need to be adapted). This template will receive new properties in few months to be able to add a link on team seasons and cycling races.
It is just a gadget, a day, we will share the same infobox and datas will come from Wikidata. On Grand Prix d'Isbergues 2015, you can see all the datas in the infobox come from Wikidata, when your infobox will be modernised, it will become interesting for you. Other steps will concern team listing, classifications... The goal is to work together to share the work. Today, when we analyse the situation, we always do the same work on our side, this needs to change.

Gracias. Banfield - ¿Reclamos? 11:58 28 sep 2015 (UTC)[responder]

Banfield : you should speak english or french. I respond on the page, but this template will become compulsory next year. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 08:40 29 sep 2015 (UTC)[responder]

Plantilla Wikidata[editar]

Hola amigo. Muchas gracias.
[English Version]
Hello friend. The main idea of template is excellent, I think it is a big benefit to everyone to have the list of races and stages with all info automated. Also I liked list of winners is a plus. However, in the moment there are very few options with data, how is info added to Wikidata?. I would like to standardize all UCI races with that template. How can I do it? or who is doing that? What should I do to add the template to some races that is coming to begin. Would be nice if you can guide me of how do it. Thank you.
[Google Translate]
Salut l'ami.

OK man, count with me to this cycle. I'm ready to help! :) Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 17:08 23 ene 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Perfect, I will try to translate this weekend, because i will be free. Thanks for all your work!! Edit: I have a question. I must to translate all from here? -> https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Module:Cycling_race/doc or which sections would I translate? Please tell me exactly the sections to translate. Thanks Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 03:35 27 ene 2016 (UTC)[responder]

My friend. I've been added a new race Tour de Catar 2016 but that race doesn't have wikidata/procyclingstats statistics {{Cycling race/listofstages|Q22569748}}. Can you please add it on Wikidata ? Thanks :) Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 04:24 8 feb 2016 (UTC)[responder]

My friend, please please, update Tour de Catar 2016 {{Cycling race/listofstages|Q22569748}}. We need all info updated. Thanks :D Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 02:06 10 feb 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Okas, this new Infobox is to add new races to Wikidata ? I'm now adding a new race as Tour de Omán 2016 but I didn't found a listofstages on wikidata to this race. Any news ?

Hey, I've added Vuelta al Algarve 2016, but that race doesn't exist yet on Wikidata, how can I add quickly this race 2016 on Wikidata exporting info from d:Q19204232 ? I've see you use a tool called Gadget-Merge.js, how can I use it? It's easy to use? I only wants add quickly 2016 on Wikidata. Let me know. Thanks :)

Infobox[editar]

Hey Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick, the new Infobox is just AMAZING! Good job, looks very profesional. Yes, I must to start to translate Cycling race in spanish. I'm going to start soon, I promise you. Your new PEG project also sounds really super fabolous. It will be a hard work to you, but I wish you all the best. Ok, now I know my taks. I will try soon, for sure. Thanks for everything! Módulo:Cycling race[editar]

Hey @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick:, how's everything going? I hope fine with you. Now, let's talk about the situation we are facing with "Module:Cycling race". Now I understood the controversy a litle, the point of the debate is that all templates are named in English, but they should be named in Spanish to maintain referential integrity of all templates. Now, I need to know that technicals involvement is if all templates are named in Spanish?. We would have problems with Wikidata or mess up some programming variable?. Please explain me with all possible details about this change to Spanish, and also add all the technical details of whether the change is or not possible. Please be clear and exhaustive because I want to help you with everything. Merci beaucoup! Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 01:15 15 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Finally, they can let the name of the template for the infobox in Spanish, in few weeks they will realise it is useless because we always use the international names in the articles. They don't understand that when you take the infobox, you just do a copy paste from another Wikipedia. They are not able to imagine that if a foreign user come to give them an update at ES Wiki and other Wikipedias, he will not lost his time to search how he can say that in spanish. On my part, I will not lost my time with some users (I must add P54 to cyclists to maybe a future update). I guess that they are not so different as users we have on FR Wiki. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 09:30 15 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
My friend, be relax, the idea is simply, only going to rename all templates to Spanish language (for example, Plantilla:Cycling race/infobox <will be renamed as> Plantilla:Ficha de competición de ciclismo). The idea is to make a Link-redirect from template in English to Spanish. So then, when a user is creating a new career, they can use the code in English: {{Cycling race/infobox|Q20872499}}. In this moment the template 'Cycling race/infobox' is translated to Spanish and it works without problem. Have you any other concerns?
I refuse the remaning for the three other functions, don't forget that if I accept, it will be difficult to refuse on other Wikipedias and after it will be a big "bordel" as we say in French. But they are free to do as the NO Wikipedia.
I am tired by the Nokere Koerse, I will try to verify tomorrow if there is a user (or more) that is excluded for decisions process according to criterias of Wikidata Cycling. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 22:22 16 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
I note that you have a very good user for team rosters, you updates are very better than FR and EN Wiki. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 22:30 16 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Perfect, check with your friends about of change all templates to Spanish language and take a right decision. Yes, all team rosters are the most accurate possible. Let me know if you needs help! Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 01:56 17 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
I am interested if you can verify my last edits on articles and say me if all is good or if we have again points to improve. We have again two weeks before starting to elaborate a new function (always one by month, we take the time), and I take the time to join my contacts and ask them if they have requests. I see you have translated the kit. Keep the page in your watchlist, I will add in the future new items. I am interested if you can translate the documentation. It is not for me, it is more for spanish speaking users. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 09:37 17 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Ok, I've done with Kit to Translate. There is some as "no label" and really I don't know how to proceed because all the information is not complete. Douglas Fugazi (discusión)
Hey, any news about of your contacts on Wikidata ??. Also I can't see you have been editing team rosters on Wikipedia, so where can I see your work to review it? which teams? Let me know. Regards. Also. I want to ask you if got some pictures of colombian riders? I'm really interested to change all pictures by new pictures from colombian riders, please, let me know if you got some from your project. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 19:32 19 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Sorry for the late. I also work in politics, and I have work in this moment. On ES Wiki, you have an user that have made all updates at the beginning of the season.
This year, I don't see again the team Colombia. I take in photo sud americans, but I don't know if they come from Colombia.
Team rosters are already on Wikidata if for a season team you have values for d:Property:P527. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 11:06 20 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Hello @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: I've updated some team rosters on Wikidata, also I've added a new teams because they didn't exists there, please check my contributions to see if everything is ok:Contributions/Douglasfugazi. At the moment I've updated only colombians team, because I know with accurate all info added, but maybe I would update more teams near in the future. --Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 01:45 21 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]

On d:Q23308139, there is a problem with the year : 2015 or 2016 ? It lacks also cyclists in the roster.
For d:Q22132766, I do a merge because an item already exists. Before creating a new item, you can verify if one exists if you search the UCI code plus the year, like SCQ 2016. It is a shortcut we use to add the teams, but it can be used to reach an item.
It is a good thing when you add as description Ciclista colombiano, it is usefull when two persons or more wear the same name. More generally, this way we are sure the subject is the cyclist.
When you add the roster, you will sometimes need to create items about cyclists. Because spanish names are numerous, you will need to add as alias the complete name. When you create a such item, you also need to add the ProCyclingStats ID, the date of birth, and the nationality. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 18:18 21 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Yes, Orgullo Antioqueño's roster isn't complete to season 2016 because they aren't Continental anymore, but I can't add cyclist at Wikidata (compuesto de) if they doesn't exists on Wikipedia first, only 4 cyclists is active to season 2016, they are added. Thanks for the tips. Any more to update? Let me know. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 01:38 22 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Wikidata and Wikipedia are independant, you can create all items that are needed even if these cyclists have no articles. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 15:41 22 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
No, you're wrong, the system does not allow me to add a value that doesn't exist. For example: Today I've added Critérium Internacional 2016, and destination point (Property:P1444) should allow me to add the city of destination, in this case the value is: Col de l'Ospedale, but as that value doesn't exist on Wikipedia, the system doesn't allow me to add it. Therefore, in this moment the value appears as unknown value. Try you adding that value Col de l'Ospedale in the field and the system not enable to user to click on save button. The same goes for the cyclists name, if they do not exist in wikipedia, the system can't save it. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 02:08 23 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]
If an item don't exist, you can create it, see d:Q23437801. Other users will can add a translation. It is the same for cyclists. Now, if you create Col de l'Ospedale, you will link it to the item and your article will be linked with race article. If an item don't exist for a race edition, you just have to create it, it is the same for cyclists and places.
Here, I merge you item with another that already exist for this race. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 09:14 23 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Hey @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: I found a Bug. Go to Tour de Romandía 2016 and check the infobox, see the date: 26 de abril – 1 de abril de 2016, so now go to Wikidata Q23294076 and check the End Time: Property:P582. I've added the correct date to this field: 1 May 2016, but as you can see on Tour de Romandía 2016 in the infobox appears as 1 de abril de 2016. Please fix it. Thanks Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 15:51 26 abr 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Cycling race/Teamroster[editar]

Hello @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick:, I've been working on Wikidata to Boyacá Raza De Campeones: I added all cyclists to season 2016, but I have some questions to you. 1. ¿There any way to create a new element (New Item) on Wikidata but I can copying all same information from another element? For example, for each rider every information is the same, only change two or three fields (date of birth, ProCyclingStats ID cyclist), but everything becomes so tedious that it is boring to creating element by element to each rider; is there any way to copy information from one element to another? Please teach me how do it. 2. I'm adding {{Cycling race/teamroster|Q22159774}} to Boyacá Raza De Campeones on Wikipedia, but the list of riders isn't ordered alphabetically, can you fix this? In my opinion and visually is more ordered see all riders listed alphabetically on teamroster. Please fix this. Thanks. 3. Also on team roster is missing a field called PREVIOUS TEAM, this is important to know what team was the last year. Please fix this. Thanks. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 03:45 24 mar 2016 (UTC)[responder]

1. I think it exists but I have no idea to do this. It is not a so big problem : you spend time to create items about colombian cyclists but in France we spend time to do the same work with belgian cyclists, once it is done, it is good forever. Next year for exemple, you will only have to add cyclists that not have yet an item, as in the future, when all items about races will be created, we will only have to create new items for new races.
2. We are working on this question, you will just have to add at cyclists items P734 and P735. If an item doesn't exist for a family name or a name, you will need to create it. The program cannot recognize automaticly on Juan Carlos Cruz Muñoz where is the first family name. If you give Cruz and Muñoz for P734 and Juan Carlos or Juan and Carlos for P735, the program will understand. It is something very complex because we also work with a macedonian and a russian, that have different alphabet, and a latvian, this makes transcriptions.
3. It is a project that we have discussed. For giving a previous team, we must know all teams the cyclist were, thanks to P54. With Anthony59999, we have started to give 2016 teams at cyclists (here, no problems to sort by dates) from WorldTeams and continental pro teams. I do an example with Carlos Andrés Parra (Q23483121) : we don't take the item of season, but the item for the team, Boyacá Raza de Campeones (Q119491) here. When we know teams, we can add other values, always with dates and sources. We must be carefull to have always only one item by team, it is a risk to have more than one item if a Wikipedia rename and another no. Here, the problem is not to create a function (because we are able to give the name of a team at a specific data) but to have datas in cyclists items. It rests again a question : how to dissociate amateurs from professionnal. I will not lie, it will be very very long to have all teams for all cyclists, but it will become very interesting when we will share a common infobox for cyclists, where one person will can update all articles thanks to Wikidata. When we will have teams, we also will be able to display the team of the winners in the infobox, because we already know all the names of a team along the time and we know the date of the race. This information will also be taken when we will display classifications thanks to Wikidata. So it will be long for you to enter datas about teams for cyclists (I say that because I will surely work to prepare an election in a few time, and I will spend less time here even if I will continue to respond at questions) but you will save a very big amount of time in the months to come, first because we use Wikidata and one person can do the work for everybody, second because we will can associate a team to a cyclist and avoid to repeat always this information. I need help with Plantilla[editar]

Hey @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: my friend, I need your help with Plantilla translated to Spanish from Módulo:Cycling race. I translated two Plantillas names to Spanish:
Plantilla:Cycling race/teamtimetrialclassification --> Plantilla:Ficha de clasificación para contrarreloj por equipos
Plantilla:Cycling race/listofteams --> Plantilla:Ficha de equipos participantes en carrera de ciclismo
But both Plantillas doesn't works with it embed to a race with the name translated to spanish. For example:

{{Cycling race/listofteams|Q20972301}} - It's working embed to a race
{{Ficha de equipos participantes en carrera de ciclismo|Q20972301}} - It doesn't works embed to a race
{{Cycling race/teamtimetrialclassification|Q26209129}} - It's working
{{Ficha de clasificación para contrarreloj por equipos|Q20972301}} - It doesn't works embed to a race

Please help me with this issue. Thanks man. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 18:49 23 sep 2016 (UTC)[responder]

I already say by the past that renaming was not allowed. It is written in the rules of Wikidata Cycling. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 09:45 24 sep 2016 (UTC)[responder]
So what can I do? Some plantillas is translated and working right now!. Please help. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 13:33 30 sep 2016 (UTC)[responder]
Keep the original names, others Wikipedias do that and it is better. A number of articles are created by translations. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 14:47 30 sep 2016 (UTC)[responder]

Módulo:Cycling race - Doc Updated[editar]

Hello @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: Happy New Year! I hope you have come well into the new year. Today I've added help documentation to Módulo:Cycling race in Spanish. Now all Functions have a little step to step to create or update a new item in Wikidata. Please check it if everything goes well with it. Thanks a lot and kindest regards. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 19:52 1 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Happy new year @Douglasfugazi:. The problem is you delete the common name of the functions where even a spanish user need to use them if he decide to also give its work to other Wikipedias. So I add them again juste below the spanish version. The goal this year is when an user add a roster of an infobox, he is able to do this on other Wikipedias. I think more users will begin as me to work on different Wikipedias, this will permit to everybody to have gains in updates. I am interested if you can explain in spanish that users that do a work are invited to share it also on other Wikipedias when it is possible. I am interested of you can explain this in spanish on Módulo:Cycling race. It can appear as a loss of time, but in fact no, if everybody do that, every Wikipedia progress (it suppose it become a reflex). In the same idea, users can go verify on Wikidata when they want to create an article if we already have articles and datas. For example, if you create an article as fr:Équipe cycliste Ijsboerke you will find all the rosters, and in few month you will have an common infobox. On my part I add the rosters on Système U (equipo ciclista). Note for the previous team, datas arrive little to little : when I write an articles with a classifications, I add teams, so with the time everybody acquires the datas. I have a look on your documentation and it is very good. I also suggest you have a look to our section Message to our users in d:Module:Cycling race. I let it news and advices. I am interested if you can have a look to the kits to translate, I add new items yesterday. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 10:41 2 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]
For the users of ES Wiki, I am interested if you can explain Wikidata is build by everybody, and if they see a lack, they can add datas. Operations are very basic as the addition of a data of the winner of a classification. I update your documentation of listofwinners, we are able to add lines when a race is canceled or when a race change its name. Note magic words only works in english. For listofstages, you can have a look on the documentation of FR Wiki, you will see how to do to add a rest day, again a time, magic words are only in english but it is not a problem because these cases are very rare. 2016 was the most important year because we had to add the maximum of datas to have a good base. We can think at new tasks now, as the creation of articles about old teams and races. I do a try with the Gand-Wevelgem from 1980 to 1999 (and 1966 and 1974). This year, we will have evolutions : by creating rosters we will have items about seasons and will can list them to make the list of participating teams. It is not impossible to get copies of former road book of the races, and add more informations, have users that make complete classifications, and others that make cartography. With Wikidata, I do a very low number of cards this year. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 10:52 2 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]
PS again, the general idea, become we start to have enough datas, is users spend less time with these datas and more time to write articles. I think if we work all together we will be able to write one article for each race of the UCI Europe Tour 2017. You can see on DA Wiki, Hesja do a very big job. We also have an user of FO Wiki that reuse a max Wikidata. I think when we will have functions for infoboxes and victories, I will let a page where I list the articles made with Wikidata about old teams and old races, where every contact can let its articles. Or the solution is to spend two weeks to a specific task, as for example entering rosters or transfert datas of rosters on Wikidata (I see you have a very big work on ES Wiki). I think with little ideas we could make very big progress on around 10 Wikipedias. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 10:57 2 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Bug with Cycling race/teamroster[editar]

Hello @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: I have a bug with Ficha de lista de corredores de ciclismo (Cycling race/teamroster). I'm updating all women's team to 2017 but with Bizkaia-Durango can't be visible teamroster. I've added everything good (cyclists season 2017) from Bizkaia-Durango 2017 but it's not working on Bizkaia-Durango team page. Please help me to fix it!. Thanks! Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 22:35 7 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Ah, easy @Douglasfugazi: : it lacked the country of citizenship for Lorena Llamas (Q27450698). When you have a similar bug, if all is good in your item, it is because it lack a nationality or because a previous team has no official name for the period (you must understand an end time has been added and no new name was added). We already have a similar case, but it was for birth date, now when there is no statement for this, the algorithm write the date of the day and we know we must add a data, but the work was not done for the nationality because the person that create the item must add the nationality. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 16:48 8 ene 2017 (UTC) PS : I add sources in the item with Cycling archives, Cqranking and ProCyclingStats. At least one source is compulsory in the project (the idea is to save a little time to verify an item).[responder]

Help with women's cyclist in Wikidata[editar]

Hello @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: how are you? Hope everything is fine with you ;) Well, I'm writing you because I need your help with all the women's rider in Wikidata. This year I've been working more with Women's calendar: UCI WorldTour Femenino 2017, Calendario UCI Femenino 2017. My goals is add all women's team and women's races to Wikipedia. There is a lack of info about of women cycling in wikipedia ES, so I will be adding more teams and more races this year. So I need your help adding all the team's roster with all the riders to wikidata. I'm finishing adding all UCI Women's Team (here: UCI Team Femenino), but its too much to do. I need a hand adding all the rosters to wikidata. Can you help with that? This is the item Q27431192 and all the cyclists to each team is available in UCI Website/2017 UCI Women's Team. Kindest Regards. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 20:46 17 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Hi @Douglasfugazi:. I can't take new works for this moment, I already have problems to finish my work here and IRL. But I think you should work with Psemdel for women's race, he does a very huge work, and since we have Wikidata he does more work. I see a solution I apply for old races and old cyclists (finally it is not so different). Sometimes, I create articles as fr:Équipe cycliste IJsboerke. I create the items about seasons and I fill the rosters, sometimes I must create items for cyclists. At this occasion, I put references, generally Cycling archives. A day I have the time, I decide to create a roster, this way, I am obliged to have one item by cyclist. Always I use nameGuzzler (see in my history), thanks to this, each our of users that use latin alphabet are able to find these items. It is important, that avoids they come to create items that already exists. I do this since a moment for men. That is why we have few problems. On a second time, I create articles as fr:Tour de Lombardie 1980. On the classification, we have at the origin holes. I decide to go in items of these cyclists and add their teams, one, but generally two or three with dates (always dates). Little to little, we start to have datas about cyclists. When a cyclist spend five years in a team, one statement permit to display a team for a potential long time. So with the months and then the years, we will finish by having enough datas. I even think this year we will can have an infobox for cyclists. This will permits to a maximum of Wikipedias to reuse these datas, so we always have people who make updates. But no problem if you take time to do this. We are in a period where we need again to enter a big number of datas. For men, the change of season was not a problem because in only less than one year, we have entered generally two to four previous teams. So in one year, we will have a maximum of datas, and this permits also to verify datas because we have numerous mistakes in FR Wiki. Okas @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: no problem. Thank you so much! :) Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 15:52 19 ene 2017 (UTC)[responder]

You are the third today. We are discussing of this on the talk page of the module on Wikidata. I try to ask at who person I must ask to raise the limit of 500 expensive functions to 1000, but I wait the response, again a time. Hey @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: I have a bug with Vuelta a Suiza 2017 stage's 8. The classification is not working, but everything is ok with wikidata... can you please fix it? Thanks man. Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 18:24 1 jul 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Hi @Douglasfugazi:. I return on Wikipedia now (I was working on an election, but we lost). There is no problem with Wikidata, there are just too many expensive function calls, that is why, generally for this type of stage races, I just enter the five first first cyclists except for the final general classification where I take the ten first. Few month ago, I try to explain at different place we should raise this limit at 1000 functions, but my opinion was not followed, unfortunately. On the same way, it makes months I wait to obtain the creation about properties classifications, but nobody do this. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 08:47 2 jul 2017 (UTC)[responder]

My friend @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick:, I need your help with le Tour de Francia 2017 stage's 8,9,10 they aren't displayed correctly. Please help. Thank you! :)) Douglas Fugazi (discusión) 19:36 11 jul 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Mountain classification & Declared desert[editar]

Hi. Excellent job. I am using wikidata to upload all "Vuelta a Colombia" information in order to be able later to update wikipedia pages retrieving information from it. But I do not find some template for "Mountain classification" in order to include that information in wikipedia. I suppose is it easy to create something similar to "Points classification" to have a template for "Mountain classification. Could you do it?.

And also, some classifications are "declared desert" like the winner of tour de france 1999-2006 due Lance Armstrong doping. Currently in the tour de francia in es.wikipedia we have instead of the winner of tours 1999-2006 the tag "Declarado desierto" plus references, but I could not find the way to put information in wikidata order to see for example in the template listofwinners some tag indicating "declared desert" due I guess currently only support valid riders with a property with the country to be able to put some flag. So could you include in some way the option for put in winners some position with no rider in order to put "declared desert" or some other similar text?. --Repf72 (discusión) 23:03 14 jul 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Hi @Repf72:. As I explain to Douglas, even if I make efforts to obtain the creation for properties about these secondary classifications as you can see here, and even if different users come to explain why they need these properties, we always wait because some users are opposed to the creation of these properties and noboday make the effort to create them. I think they have should been created since november.
For this particular case, I must wait the return of Molarus, the programmer of the algorithm. We already know this problem, fortunately it is rare, but we worked by the past on other tasks and then we have followed different ways from Wikipedia. Thank you. By the way I created an element (instance of concepts) called "Declared desert" and it belongs to a "fictional country" in order to fulfill requirements of the template and now I can see "declared desert" on listofwinners. The element code is: Q33057407. It works fine in this template for "Vuelta a Colombia" {{Ficha de ganadores de ciclismo|Q2035477}} (see year 3rd place at year 1974). It is clear that it would be necessary to create an article in wikipedia with the meaning of "Declared desert". What do you think? --Repf72 (discusión) 03:53 28 jul 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Hi friend @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick:. There is a bug. Same element is used with the template "Cycling race/infobox" in french version fr:Vuelta a Colombia 2017 and spanish version es:Vuelta a Colombia 2017 end those work fine but gives Lua error in english version. Also the template "Cycling race/generalclassification" shows different information. Kind regards --Repf72 (discusión) 04:41 16 ago 2017 (UTC)[responder]

Yes @Repf72: a few number of persons make problems by the past on EN Wiki, so developments have been stopped. I think you can make an update with the content of d:Module:Cycling race. Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick (discusión) 11:40 16 ago 2017 (UTC)[responder]
Thank you @Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick:. I hope you can restart the project in a near future, because is a really important project to make easy having universal knowledge. Finally I could fix the problem, introducing more information over one element regarding team properties that caused the problem. --Repf72 (discusión) 19:20 16 ago 2017 (UTC)[responder]
