Existen varios motivos por no hacerlo, entre los cuales se incluyen los dos siguientes: uno, las enciclopedias no son vehículos para transmitir información actualizada, y dos, la propuesta para el título tiene faltas de ortografía y sintaxis. i do understand your opinion: is this a better option, that might be considered? Considero que con simplemente poner «Portal de Alemania» es suficiente. En primer lugar, porque lo de la actualización no es un criterio estrictamente enciclopédico y, en segundo lugar, porque sea multilingüe, tampoco, y menos en una enciclopedia en español. I think that "Portal de Alemania" is sufficient. First of all, because updates are not, strictly speaking, an encyclopaedic criterion and, on the other hand, the fact that it's multilingual doesn't really make all that much difference for a Spanish encyclopaedia.
